Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard, the very first page you see after logging in, shows you a summary of your mailbox. You can see

  • Inbox. Mail items, which are new or no action have been taken on.
  • Pending. Mail items, which have a pending action request (ie. Open & Scan, Forwarding, etc...).
  • Completed. Mail items, which have their action request completed.

Additionally, you can see your address. Please use it exactly as it is spelled on this page.

For any support on your mailbox, you will find the contact details of your mail center.
